    HITAJE CNC TRAINING CENTER is a vibrant human resource group, engaged in the identification, training and devlopment of skilled personnel to top organizations in Singapore and MNC’S in Malaysia.
    Commencing operations in 2006, the organization has established an efficient system of processes and infrastructure to facilitate the supply of highly equipped manpower to client companies on the basis of their specific requirements. In a decade and a half, the organization has dispatched several thousand personnel to innumerable companies.

    HITAJE CNC TRAINING CENTER is located in Coimbatore, the industrial hub of the region. With literally hundreds of engineering colleges, polytechnics and industrial training centers in and around Coimbatore alone, the city contains within itself some of the most qualified personnel in the world.
    In addition, HITAJE draws its recruits from various other centers around the south as well. Also, Coimbatore will be the Hub of the Automobile Industry due to the high productivity, efficiency and easy management of the Tamil Nadu Government.
    OUR STRENGTH
    The company has established a state-of-the-art training center on the outskirts of Coimbatore .The center is fully equipped with all facilities for training in various specialized areas/fields of industry such as AUTOCAD, CNC with CAD& CAM software,UNI gaphics, & PRO-E.
    Renowned trainers manage the trainees through a well-planned full-time programmer of 6-9 weeks. The syllabus and course content are as laid down by Singapore authorities and as per client expectations. Trainees are provided with free boarding and lodging during the training period. The training center has been inspected and approved by the Construction Authority of Singapore. (BCA).
    Building the skilled works
    Primarily, only those with the minimum expected educational qualification are selected.
    • At the end of the training, they have to necessarily undergo and pass the stipulated theory and practical examination. In trades like steel reinforcement and metal form for construction trainees in Singapore, a Skill Evaluation Certificate is issued.
    • Every candidate has to undergo a medical examination at one of our approved medical centers and obtain a physical fitness certificate.
    • Candidates are subjected to a psychological examination and counseling sessions to develop their mental abilities.
    Apart from strict discipline and physical training, the employees are also given the opportunity for spiritual development.
    Therefore, the trainee who emerges for development is academically qualified, professionally trained, physically and mentally fit, psychologically prepared and emotionally equipped to face the new challenges and cultural adaptation of a demanding work environment.

    Founder of the company, he brings with him 10 years of working experience in Singapore which helped him identify the needs and expectations of the world-class industry from a committed workforce. Beginning from zero base, he was instrumental in the establishment of an international standard training facility that could cater to such high expectations and surpass it.

    Technical
    An expert in automotive engineering, he has over 36 years of managerial experience in the Indian Ordinance Factory under the Ministry of Defense, Government of India. A highly sensitive and specialized industry where zero error is the norm, he has imbibed a deep sense of perfection and military discipline.
    He is the ideal person to handle quality systems and ISO certification and offers invaluable market inputs to the organization.
    Technical
    A young energetic leader, he brings with him several years of experience in Singapore where he acquired expertise in industrial procedure. This knowledge holds him in good stead in imparting training to the new learners.
    Employing stern procedures in enforcement of training schedules, coupled with interactive skills, he produces the motivation that is so essential in the learning process. He is responsible for implementation of the structured training programmes
